NOTICE OF INTENT
AS A TOP DAWG IDEA PITCH COMPETITION ENTRANT, I AGREE TO
THE FOLLOWING:
I.
All rules and regulations of the competition will be
followed; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
II.
This notice of intent and the narrative will be submitted to 207 College of
Business by 5 pm, Oct 12, 2009 OR I will bring forms to the
FYI Workshop, 6 pm, Oct 8, 2009 at the Enterprise Center.
ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST READ AND INITIAL EACH OF THESE
STATEMENTS:
___________ I will compete in the TOP DAWG Idea Pitch
Competition on October 26, 2009.
___________ If my idea is a TOP 10 idea, I understand that
in order to be eligible for the $200 prize awarded for this
idea, I must enter the TOP DAWG Business Plan Competition,
write a business plan, and participate in the TOP DAWG
Business Plan Competition event on February 10, 2010.
___________ I understand that if my idea is a TOP 10 idea,
and I have no intention of entering the TOP DAWG Business
Plan Competition OR implementing my idea, I may opt to
share my idea with another Idea Pitch team that did not
place in the Idea Pitch competition. This team can then
compete in the TOP DAWG Business Plan Competition with my
idea.

may recruit other Idea Pitch competitors who do not place in
the Idea Pitch to join my TOP DAWG Business Plan Team.
